Static Discord Bot — Terms

By adding or using Static in a Discord server, you agree to the following:

• Static is provided free of charge on an as-is basis with no uptime guarantees. As a self-hosted bot, it may experience downtime due to server maintenance or power outages
• You agree to use Static in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Static must not be used to play, stream, or distribute content that infringes copyright, promotes hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity
• Server owners are responsible for ensuring Static is used appropriately within their communities
• Static’s !radio feature streams audio from a self-hosted station. Content on the station is curated by the operator and subject to applicable copyright law
• The operator reserves the right to remove Static from any server at any time without notice
• Static is not affiliated with Discord, Spotify, YouTube, Genius, or any other third-party service it integrates with
